Mary Help Association also focus on agricultural activities, helping 2400 families every year with food during the hunger gap and agricultural tools, seeds and ox plough for cultivation of variety of crops like Sorghum, Maize, Sim Sim, green peas, Ground nuts, hard nuts etc.
Regular agricultural training is given on various subjects like land preparation, weeding, harvesting and entrepreneurship. Most of the villages around Mary Help Hospital learnt to cultivate and is producing sufficient amount of food for them and their families.
